Nice city view from the balcony. The location is quite central.
The room was a hassle from the start, with broken amenities like a non-functioning jacuzzi and a broken sink. Electric plugs were outdated. Noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive, exacerbated by poorly designed doors that left much to be desired in terms of soundproofing. Check-in was a mess, causing delays when we arrived, and there were issues with room keys that kept us locked out. We experienced multiple daily power outages, and the lack of proper security features.

Hotel is excellent, and fairly clean, there's clean pool and the location is excellent perfect to reach everything. The room is wonderful and comfy with 1 single big bed, everything is very good. The venue provides a good breakfast with juices and many types of cheese, for example...

The standard double room we were given had a mini fridge bar, climate control, and a personal safe. You can see the sea from your window and meet top-class and attentive staff in the reception desk.

The hotel of choice in Beirut. Overall - exceptionally comfortable and incredibly beautiful place with best staff especially the receptionists. Private parking onsite provided. No charge for wake up calls and ironing too. Exceptionally nice and absolutely perfect spot near to Corniche and Raouche, the beach side and Right by the ocean. Also, in a great area...

Spacious rooms and great restaurant, but room security needs improvement
I appreciated the spacious room and the delicious food served at the hotel's restaurant, made my meals enjoyable. I found the security of the room to be concerning, especially with a low door handle that my young child could easily reach was great. A little more attention to room security would greatly enhance the stay.

The hotel is abusing the customers. They asked me to pay the comission for credit card and they charged me so much for very few local calls.
