Noise from neighboring rooms was disruptive, exacerbated by poorly designed doors that left much to be desired in terms of soundproofing. check-in was a mess, causing delays when we arrived, and there were issues with room keys that kept us locked out. We experienced multiple daily power outages, and the lack of proper security features made it feel a bit unsafe.

During my stay, I appreciated the spacious room and the delicious food served at the hotel's restaurant, which made my meals enjoyable. I found the security of the room to be concerning, especially with a low door handle that my young child could easily reach, making me feel uneasy about safety. A little more attention to room security would greatly enhance the stay.

Staff are very helpful especially a guy named Jad who came through with taxi and local tips. The place is clean and very close to local attractions, made sightseeing easy.
